How do I find my lost LEGO?
You can find our most popular bricks in the Pick A Brick section of our LEGO® Shop website. You can search by colour, category, part name, as well as element and design number to find the pieces you want. Through Pick A Brick, you can buy up to 999 pieces of each part.
How can I track my LEGO order without an account?
If you placed your order as a guest, you won’t be able to check your order status online. You’ll still receive the tracking number by email and can track your delivery through the courier’s website.

We’ve made thousands of LEGO instruction booklets available online. Search by theme or year and you’ll find instruction manuals for many of our old and new sets. Download them instantly and you’re ready to build!
Why are there extra pieces in LEGO sets?
LEGO sets usually have a number of extra pieces. In most cases they are small bricks, that are easier to lose like 1×1 plates/tiles/studs, cheese slopes, levers/antennas and flower petals.
How long does it take to get a confirmation email from Lego?
If you’re not sure whether your order was successful, check to see if you’ve received a confirmation email – it should arrive within a few hours. If you think your order might have gone through, try not to place it again or you might end up ordering double!
How do I know if my Lego order went through?
If you’d rather not wait, you can use the ‘Check Order Status’ button on the LEGO® Shop. If you were logged into your LEGO® Account when you placed the order, it should appear in the list of orders that shows up. You can also reach out to us to check on your order.
